First Rig's Built.... Now What?

With the help of you guys, I got my first rig built. Joh and JL were kind enough to give me some feedback on the night I was building, and Bomberboy thankfully gave me his input when I'd initially posted a components list.

The 'excuse' to build is that I do need a workstation as I pursue a career in commercial art. That said, building has been a nice distraction from being laid off and I'm enjoying the chance to fill some hours with some games.

I'd like to think it's a decent build, especially for the money ($1375 after taxes, shipping, and MIR's). But as a newb, my question at this point is "Now What"? I've got Smart Doctor and Realtemps... what kind of cool sh#t would a computer guy know to do with this thing, and how should I set this thing up maintenence wise? The Build:

or you could fiddle around with programs that create 3D stuff. i don't know any specifically though.

Bomber... you are on top of EVERYthing around here... yeah... figuring out how to use imageshack in midpost. And Thank you.

Joh... I've got Dirt2, Medal Of Honor Airborne, Flight Simulator X, Batman Arkham, and the First Mass Effect.. none of which hold a candle to 'Plants vs. Zombies'

As far as the 3D, I do know that ZBrush is popular software for creating in 3D, though I've never used it.

I'm looking forward to hooking up a Wacom tablet and just in moving around images I'm seeing this thing 'Pwn' the laptop.

Edit: Now that I think about it... I don't think I ever changed the speed of my RAM in the Bios, and haven't even thought about OC'ing the CPU or the Card, which has voltage control.
