This is the first computer that I will ever build, and its not even for me. Someone I know wanted a new computer and I wanted to build one, so I decided to build one for her. Now I'm fairly confident in my abilities and that everything will work together but just needed a second opinion.

Will this all work together and have I got everything I need?
I am very grateful for any help,
Oscar

Yes, you have everything you need and it'll all work together. Providing you put it together correctly.:D

EDIT: What about a monitor?

That works alright, however I will go for a AMD x 2 than intel PD/ P4.
Also I usually not trusting the PSU come with the case.

And Here is the list I will go for:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ (2GHz) Socket AM2 Energy Efficient L2 1MB (2x512KB) Cache Retail Boxed Processor

Gigabyte Ga-m61pm-s2 Am2 Nvgf6100 Matx

Corsair (VS2GBKIT667D2) 2 x 1 GB DDR2 667 MHz 2x128Mx64non-ECC 2x240 DIMM Unbuffered CL5

Seagate 7200.10 320GB SATAII/300 8.5ms 7200RPM 16MB Cache - OEM

NEC Optiarc AD-7170S-0B 18x DVD±RW/DL/RAM Serial ATA Black - OEM

Casecom KB-7720BK Black ATX Midi Tower Case - No PSU

Coolermaster IGreen 430W PSU - 85% Efficiency ATX12V v2.2 120mm Fan
I choose a 430W PSU will allow you to add a GPU like 8600GT later.

Gigabyte Black Wired PS/2 Keyboard and Wired Optical Mouse Desktop Set

Extra Value 2.1 Multimedia Speakers - 20W RMS With Wired Remote

Ebuyer 80mm Case Fan with Blue Frame/Blades (sleeve bearing)

Extra Value 120mm Internal Case Fan In Black - 4 pin connector

OCZ Ultra 5+ Silver Thermal Compoundhttp://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/66688

It come up with around £280.
If you check out with google check out, you will get £10 off for the order over £30. I just wondering if it is possible to placing 6 different orders... then you save £60....
But if you need a OEM window, you need to purchase CPU, HDD and MB under same order.

Or If you don't want to build it yourself, the following is a good choice as it come up with OS
