First time building comp - for gaming

Here's what I'm going to use for my first build. What do you guys think? Any thing I should swap out, or any recommendations?

I was trying to shoot for under $1700. Any suggestions would be great.

What OS do you guys think I should use? And would the on-board audio be good enough do ya think? Or should I buy the card?

GTX295 is just two GTX275's on one card, so i dont really see an energy difference as much as the cost difference would be.

BUT, i would recommend going with two or three 4890's in crossfire, as they are faster than the GTX275 in some cases, and equal in others.
