This is going to be my first ever build and i need your help. are these good parts for what i want to do with my comp. my budget is $800USD which should include shipping. i am going to be using it mainly for multi-tasking, such as watching DVD's, music, photoshop, flash mx, e-mail, internet browsing, and word. this is what i have so far...

No, The Mobo only handels up to DDR400(PC3200). Either change your MOBO or your RAM.

Stick with Corsair, I love 'em. Use these CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory

He doesn't need to worry about the memory as much. What he should get is a cheap AGP Video Card. And if all you need it this computer for is basic needs (no gaming or graphic intensive apps) then you should still get a cheap card like this one.

i would actually go with the ATI 9250 64mb or 128mb for under $40, its very good for the price and will suit you better then the MX4000.
