now my question is should i change my motherboard
if you can recommend anything can you take it from this list please....

Definetly keep that motherboard!

The other one you suggested is junk compared to the DS3
 
Looks like a good build, definitely keep the DS3. If it's for gaming, and you don't mind overclocking, consider downgrading the CPU to an E6300 and putting the money into an improved video card, such as a 7900GS.

I'd favour a NeoHE500 over a TPII-550 as well.

And I'm glad too. Forum life was getting unbearable with all the AMD fanboys and their "price/performance" chants. They couldn't post to a topic without slamming Intel.

Now that they have been put in their place things seem to have settled back down again and it's really quite nice.

But yeah, I'm with ceewi1 again. The best AMD can't even touch the best Intel, and the Intel rolls in cheaper. I still want a pair of Opterons though.
