FLAC to WAV software.

What is good software that will allow me to make a cd from FLAC files that I can play in my vehicle?
Pay is OK. But if freeware is fine too. Usually payware has better features.
I have never to try to mess with FLAC till now.

I did a search but results sucked for good info.

I found something on google. U might give it a try.
It shows how to converts FLAC into wav using winamp.
