Flash documents

Is there anyway to further compress a flash document except for removing frames, making the frame smaller and reducing image quality?

There's an option to compress it when you go to export it, I don't know how much though...

flash movies are not so big if they have got just flash and no image or video etc. even if they have got 10000 frames (dont make 1000 frame, use loadmovie action) they cant be big.
some tips about how to have less Mb:
use PNG images.
always use loadmovie action.
always use streaming video option.

go to export and compress the movie and jpeg quality. this is the only way
