Flash Drive Encryption Software need Help!!!

Hi

I am looking for flash drive encryption software.

But the catch is that if you dont know the password you cant use the flash drive, you cant even format the flash drive. With out the password you can through the flash drive away because it is useless.

Is there software that can do that.

Got a big client that uses very important data and he wants it that if the flash drive is lost or stollen that nobody can use it every again.

Please if you have an idea how this is possible please let me know asap.

Sounds like you need hardware encryption, not software. Otherwise you'll be able to format the drive. There are lots available, but pricey. (£35 1gig)
Search under: hardware encrypted usb, or similar.
