Flash help

I know HTML and some CSS now I want to know Flash so I cxan ad Videos and Audio to my web site.

I can find a lot of stuff on the net about what Flas is and why you sould use it over Java and GIF but I can not see anything about how to make Flash and how to get a FREE Flas program so I can make Flash stuff.

Can anyone help please??

I don't think you can make flash animations with Adobe Flash.
