Flashing BIOS

i have an FIC KTBC51G and i would like to flash the BIOS, i know what im doing on a computer i just have never tried to flash a BIOS before, and i dont know what i need or where to begin....

is there a place where i can download this BIOS?

*EDIT* sorry, the reason that i want to flash the BIOS is to overclock, if that helps......also here is the manufacturers web site

You only need to flash the BIOS if something isnt working, or if your trying to get it to support something that it doesnt yet. But if you insist, the mfg should have the latest BIOS's on their site, where you can download them and put it on a CD/Floppy. Motherboards varry, some allow you to just boot from the cd with the image, while others are more complex. Read up on the site or in your manual on how to do it.

Also, i dont think its a good idea to be posting a screenshot where we can see all your pirated software :P
