Flashing my Asus

I have been having some problem with my comp and i am going to update my bios. This is the link to the download page ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support-

How do i go about doing this? Do i save it to a floppy and boot from it? If so when i try to copy the downloaded update it would let me copy it is floppy because there is no address it says. Current i can not get get into Windows XP Home and all i can do it get into the bios.

i formated a bootable floppy with the update on it, i got into ez flash but when i go into it it freezes. so i dunno what to do.

Have a look at the readme that accompanies the new BIOS file; there is usually a note about some flash programs not being able to update the BIOS when the current BIOS is before a particular version.
