please help me. I am ready to break this computer lol, my computer also is not reading my devices right thats why they say standard.

Reinstall the operating system.

i sent it back and they did it for me but its still messed up. does anyone just know how to intentionaly cause a smart test fail

Then return the computer it and get a different one. Sounds like there is definately a hardware issue.

Are you sure they reinstalled windows? Did they show you that it was working correctly?
