Flat screen monitor?

Does anyone know where to get a flat screen monitor? Here are the monitor specs:

flat screen 15 inch.
Color not black but clear.
Cash around $250.00 or near there

So you want an LCD right? Not just a CRT flat screen?

15" is tiny, but if that's what you want you can get one at any computer store. www.newegg.com sells them.
