Hello
I have not used FLOC yet, can any one tell me , first a good FLOC program I can download, and when I download in FLOC , will I be able to burn that on disc and play on any common disc player or will it have to stay on my hard drive so it can be decoded?
I am trying to find the highest quality download I can get, that gives me ability to burn on disc and compatability to play anywhere, if not FLOC, any suggestions?
