Hello all !
Problem:- I use stitching machines to embroider caps etc, they only work with floppy disks ! The name has to be saved on the computer first to a floppy then that floppy transfered to the machine to load the file. This all works fine, here is the problem:-
MANY MANY MANY times I have had employees sell stuff, not put it down and pocket the cash !
The solution I need is something along these lines:-
Everytime a file is saved to the A: drive make a copy of that file saved automatically on hard drive or FTP to website but renaming it with a timestamp or similar so as not to overwrite any file of the same name !!

Anybody that can help in this department ? Do any of you even remember the good old floppy disk ? Surely there is a log or record of all files sent to a floppy drive ?!?!?!? I can´t for the life of me figure this out !
System, windows XP with SP2 installed.
thanks in anticipation or your genious !!!!
