Fn doesnt work

ive got acer aspire laptop, i was off for two weeks, and now the Fn button doesnt work for some shortcuts(Fn+F2, Fn+F1). and also the when i activate the wireless, and bluetooth i dont recive the message that its on. in my opinion it has to do something with the drivers.
do u have any ideas whats wrong?
 
Is there a light on the keyboard/laptop that normally comes on when your pressing the Function key?...is it coming on?

Has anything been spilt on the keyboard?
