Font is small??

Most of my internet text is in normal text, but recently, some of it has changes to be really small, what can I do to enlarge text.

hold down CTRL and then scroll up or down with the mousewheel. Once you do it, you'll get what im on about. Obviously you have to do this when you are on a page where it si small.
