How annoying is it when you get 100000 calls during the day? I'll sit at my desk and someone will call my co-worker... he's not at his desk, obviously doesn't pick up the phone. So they call back 2 seconds later. SHUT UP... STOP CALLING... YOURE ANNOYING!!!!!

We get so harassed throughout the day its ridiculous. Sorry for the rant, but I need to vent somewhere.

Or how bout this... People come to you with their problems... they expect it to be done that very second. Like I don't have other/more important things to do then worry about getting you speakers for your damn computer? We've had 5 server HDDs crash on us in the past 2 months, and you're worried about re-arranging how the phone que looks on the giant monitor we bought for you? How about not being able to work... would you like that? If we don't attend those crashed HDDs you're losing a lot of information. Get over the freakin setup for the ACD queue.... we got more important things to worry about.
