i just installed new cpu and have a lot of problems with the loading of windows. sometimes it goes in and sometimes it just restarts over and over. is there a way to format a hard drive from another computer or what can be the problem with this one.
You need to stay in one thread and not create a new one on the same issue. I've already told you to go into the bios and check your sata controller options.
