forgotten logon password win 7

My sister just bought a new laptop with windows 7. She did some sort of setup as prompted when she first turned it on then turned it off. Now 2 weeks later after not using it again she can not remember the logon password that she used.Could some kind soul please tell me how I can help resolve this for her... thanks for any input would be greatly appreciated

well you could reinstall win7 if you have an install disk.
there are password recovery systems out there but they can be very hard to use.
