Formatting a NTFS Drive

Can somebody tell me how to format a NTFS drive in which a Operating System (Windows XP) is installed?
 
i just told you in your previous thread !
however ... you could use another tool like Norton Partition Magic... you can boot it up and format and resize and do all you want
if you dont wanna resize then the winxp CD will do the job.... as you will need to reinstall windows anyway after format.
 
i always used the windows cd to format....just set your bios to boot from the cd rom and put the cd in and restart onscreen instructions should follow
