Hello, I am running vista 64-bit on my computer. I am going to sell it so I would like to wipe it clean. I have formatted the hard drive a couple times now from the, boot menu or system thing that u hit the F keys for when starting computer, I dont remember exactly how I did it, it was some time ago. I didnt have to reinstall windows because when I bought the computer it came with a partition that has windows on it. Otherwise when I formatted it wouldnt still have windows on it. I noticed however when I right click the C drive from windows explorer it has the option to format. I click this and it says I cannot because windows is on that. So now I am thinking, is it on both? There is a folder named windows in both the C drive and the partition. So i tried to make another partition to move the windows folder from the C drive to that. Couldnt make one larger than 2 Gb's for some reason. If someone could plz tell me how to format from the launching screen I would appreciate it. Or if there is a better option.
Thank You!
