Forum/Time help

Ive been having problems reloading a few forums i go to they wont let my reload or when i go to my bookmark it goes back 2 hours to when i first went to the site and it wont update. Then everytime i look down at my clock its reset any help?

If the battery is dying and reset the time since forums are ran on a time can that screw it up?
