just discovered forums. this one is great. does anyone know if it's one of the biggest out there or is there a computer forum known for being the biggest and the best?

This is the best one ive found so far, but i dont know if there is a biggest or best forum. I use this one for its simplicity and better users.

I'm also a member of Guru3D's forums, but I like this forum a lot more. Good thing about it is that they have the official ATI Tray Tools forum there so the guy who made it can help directly.

Maybe not, but it sure as hell has quality. :D
True, personally I am a member on two forums, I come here to help people out, I got there to get help, no offence, I've been there quite a big longer. CF is a great comp. forum though, thats why I am still here, its only been like a month and a half but you get the point. :P

This is definatly not the biggest, and If i commented on the best, then I would probally have a bomb on my doorstep from the forum that I said wasn't no matter what forum it was :P

thanks all ! i joined techguy.

would cutting and pasting the exact question to 2 or more forums at once be a common practice or is it not proper etiquette.

There really is nothing wrong with it, unless the forums are somehow connected, and you are just doing it to get a faster response. But if you are doing it to get the most diverse opiniong its fine. Also sometimes different forums will respond better if you ask questions in a different way or ask more about one specific thing then another. All forum's memberships are made up of different kinds of people, you have to learn to use this to your advantage, and also remembering it when you are helping someone as well.
