Recently I have started to see a folder named FOUND.000 on my C drive. It has hundreds of files in it. I have Ashampoo WinOptimzier and it deletes them when I run a scan. I don't know what they are. Inside it there are hundreds of files names FILE145 or FILE1 or FILE56 etc.
I used to have 182 of them but Ashampoo got rid of them. I looked again after 2 hours and there is only 1. It is called FILE175. It is very strange. I opened it in word pad and it told me to be carefull not to change it. In word pad it had lots of random numbers but at the bottom there were some really weird things written. All the way down the huge file it is like this:

The end of that was missing.
It is HTML and javascript. It is strange.
Could someone please tell me what these files/folder is. Is it spyware or a virus or is it meant to be there and if it is why has it only appeared now. Am i meant to leave it or delete it.
