Dont really care for Foxconn, but the Asus has a older chipset.

You just looking for a lower cost board? Are you going to be running a video card or using onboard video?

Yeah that processor will work just fine. Foxconn is 50/50. They make tons of OEM boards and make about every part on a motherboard, but just started to get into retail boards awhile back in the upperend, mostly just use to make lowerend boards. Think they still make all EVGA and XFX boards, but to EVGA and XFX standards. Some are just fine and some are pretty flacky. I would go with a Gigabyte/Asus/DFI or even MSI.

OK, yeah, I was thinking either Gigabyte or Asus were best and that board only costs a couple bucks more so I think I'll go for it... having a name like Asus is always nice...

EDIT: The rating on the Foxconn is actually more than both of the Asus boards...
