For now I am playing Warcraft III,Fifa07 and Nba live07 and in all of these games I got 30FPS.In Warcraft sometimes I also got 40.How good it is?

That's not very good. I would recommend turning your graphical settings down. What resolution do you run the game at?

I run at 1024x768

Do you notice choppy game play? If not, 30-40 is fine. I've played plenty of game with 15FPS and for the most part it looks smooth. Shooters don't work well unless you're over ~45FPS but for WOW and stuff 30 is fine.

Yea 40fps is fine for those games, the human eye cannot distinguish the difference unless you have abnormally good vision or are a liar, or both....

Thats true, the only thing is that 40 fps means you are teetering on borderline choppy. Anything a little more demanding will not run so well.
