Framerate

What are some ways to easily get my framerate up? I run an average of 103. I cannot seem to find a way to overclock and i'm not sure if i want to due to the lack of cooling in a laptop.

but i wouldnt like it play crysis on it :)

i get about 20-30 frames per second with my 8800GT.

maybe if you play on lowest settings you can play it well but i dont reckon you could overlclock the graphics card and it wouldnt be good for the laptop.

the cpu might be be good for a bit of overclocking. but that probably wouldnt help at all.

wait till someon intelligent replies tho ;)
