Free Antivirus or spyware

Hi can you recommend any good antivirus orspyware cuz so far i download 100 anti virus software and they are all trial version please help me out

AVG or Avast for Antivirus both are 100% free.

and theres also a free version of AVG Anti-Spyware but with the free one you dont get Real-time monitoring but its still good if you do regular scans

I use AVG Free, Comodo Firewall, Spyware Blaster, and CCleaner for my cookies They are all in my siggy.

After using many popular softwares I used I chose: Avast! AV Home, Ad-Aware Free, (I currently have Ad-aware Plus, but I think the free one is more worth it, the only difference is the "Ad-Watch", I didn't find it much useful than scanning) Windows Firewall(installed with my system), and Windows Defender (also installed with my system)

But I do have AVG Free on my older HP system and the following: Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware SE, Sygate PF. AVG runs smoother on slower systems I guess. I use Avast! because the interface looks a lot better.

If you can put up with the constant warnings like Vista, then Spyware Terminator is another really good program.
