Free antivirus?

Just realised after doing everything and downloading games and steam and fraps lol
I dont have any antivirus or malware programs on this pc unless windows 7 64 bit comes with any?

Any recomendations?

Either AVAST or Microsoft Security Essentials both free. Also as an on-demand scanner, I recommend Malwarebytes Antimalware, free as well.
