Free AntiVirus

I want to know the Best free Antivirus out there. I have heard of three.
Avast, Zonelabs, AVG7.5.
Which amongst them is the best.

I like AVG myself. Never had a problem with it.
Oh, and my wife just said over my shoulder to just get a Mac.
