free dl's for registry cleaner/repair?

I need a reg. cleaner/ repair for Windows XP. Does anyone know where to get a free download that will work?

Thanks dude. Can you recommend a site where I can get it? Most free DL's seem to have a catch to em.

I got winutilities reg. cleaner/ repair and ran all the cleaners twice but I'm unsure if it helped. My disc space did'nt even increase. It also said I had 8 errors that were repaired, yet my problem persists.

I'm having probs with slow performance and thinking back I'm pretty sure it started after I removed and added a couple of programs. I'll give CCleaner a try.

Can you tell me if I'm on the right track on going about fixing it???? Anyone?

I say Eusing Free Registry Cleaner is better at cleaning the registery, but I use both it and CCleaner.
