Free domain hosting

If you want I can set up hosting for you for $20 a year, including a domain (.com, .net, .org, .biz. info) or $12.5 with a .uni.cc address configured with DNS, so there are no frames etc.

edit: sorry, didn't realise you had a budget of absolutely nothing, I may be able to setup something for you for free, about 10mb space, but no fancy features, and advertising (only on the admin side though), please contact me if you are interested
