id like to engage in a free forum hoster, to make my own forum with alot of topics and extras to help me out...

Free hosts aren't very reliable at all. Myself and my partner used to use Invisionfree but left them due to the ever increasing downtime. If you ever want to move away from your free host then you have to pay them for a database backup.

I would highly recommend choosing a low cost host and installing free forum software such as SMF (http://www.simplemachines.org/)
 
There are many many, many free forum hosters. Just type in free forum hosting into google and you'll get thousands of hits. As far as your topics and extras, that's all up to you when you have one to make the topic. For the extras, I assume plugins and packages and what not; that will be available only if that forum that hosts you have them, such as certain codes and options you want available but isn't readily installed on your forum yet.
