free hosting ???

hi all,
this is my 1st thread in internet section.
i was working on my website for quite few months and now its near for a finish up.. it requires a host, well there are paid host out here but is there any free host which helps to host web without that sub domain stuff ...
own domain name that everybody wants....
well its an option i have been thinking to move on... as this is my 1st web host, what i was thinking was getting a feal of hosting services before moving on to paid stuff.

The only free host you can get is subdomain or first tier folder. You might be able to find a free domain name, but it will only act as a redirect, and there WILL be advertising that loads in a frame, and it will use 20% of the height from the bottom of your website.

A domain is $10 US for a year, maybe even less for a domain with India suffix.
 
Yes there is a free hosting company!

I was just discussing a FREE hosting company a couple of days ago in another thread. Here's the info again.

There's a company called DotEasy that offers free hosting as long as you buy your domain name through them ($25/year and cheaper for multiple years - $17/year if you pay for 5 years in advance) or transfer your domain to them.

It's their basic package, there are no banners or ads, you use your own domain name, 100mb Storage, 1000mb Monthly traffic, free email through your domain (10 email addresses), free blog, etc. Perfect for new and small businesses or personal sites.

Doteasy makes their money on their Ultra accounts; $7.95/month. I have a few of each kind of account. Ultra accounts are for people using things like CGI scripts for active forms, php, shopping carts, database stuff, etc.

well i will go on that .tk thing and i think it will suit my needs, after one month will move it to a paid host..

i learn to use wordpress on free hosting. there are many free hosting in the net. 000webhost.com, freehostia.com or 0fees.net is few free hosting. but you just get subdomain. you can get the top domain for a few dollars and redirecting to your free hosting subdomain.
 
How about some cheap easy hosting? Iv got the domain "www.teamhexonline.com". It was being hosted through Dirty D(until he went insane). So I too have been looking for some hosting(that and maybe something to learn how to handle pages).
