Free "IP Ghost"

I noticed my IP can be easily detected from websites, McAfee Phishing Report thing doesn't even alert me I need some "IP camouflage", can someone help me out? THANK YOU MCAFEE, FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

Why do you need to hide your ip? Unless you have pissed off the wrong people and dont have a firewall you have nothing to fear...
