FREE: Orange Box!

I know everyone probably read the title and thought this was spam, however on Black Friday I purchased a copy of the Orange Box, even though I already had a copy because I planned on using it as a spare if I go to a friends house and want to play some TF2 when they don't have it, although realistically that won't happen often, and it would takes hours to download.

So anyways, because I can't sell the game (already registered with a new Steam account), I am giving it away for free. Whoever wants it I will give you the username and password to the account, and from there you should be able to change the e-mail address and owner info to your own.

I haven't decided who will get it, so it may be the first person to post here or whoever really needs it more.

hmm a contest, i like that idea. Make it a pie eating contest ill win for sure. God i love pie...

edit: btw i got hl2 and and hl2 death match.

That does sound like a cool idea, but I don't know what kind of contest. I really don't want to make a huge deal of this and have a poll and contest that lasts for a week, I may just feel generous and give it to a random person that posts in this thread :)

If thats true it does sound like you are going through a hard time, and I feel sorry for you. It's just kind of odd that you would register here and make only this one post. There have to be millions of people in the world with your kind of situation, I would just like to give someone I have known here the chance for a free game, instead of given it to you and then never hearing from you ever again (no offense).



@Nevakonaza:
Do you already have HL2, HL2: EP1, HL2: EP2, Portal, or TF2? I would rather give it to someone who doesn't have most or any of these games.
 
i will be 100% honest here and i do have HL2 (the first one without episodes)...but the rest i dont.

its TF2 and portal i would love to play but if you feel someone else diserves it then ok :)
 
nevak should get it, only fair way to do it w/o a contest, or maybe first post was the contest eh.
 
but people could still vote for themselves and just say they voted someone else lol
 
I wouldnt mind having Orange Box the only half life game I have played is deathmatch and thats it. I wouldnt mind trying out half life 2 and TF and Portal.

Thanks for being honest, and having HL2 is fine. It's people having all the HL2 episodes and only wanting it for TF2 or portal alone.

You could setup a public poll so you can see who voted for who. But I don't really think that would work, since people would just vote for who they like the best.

I most likely will end up giving the game to Nevakonaza, but I'm in the middle of a Christmas party now so unless I get a real good reason to give it to someone else in a few hours, then he/she gets it :)

BTW, you will need to play against me at some point ;)

thanks,All i can say is good luck everyone who replies saying they want it.

we all diserve a chance to get it so if i dont get it then fair play to who does ;)
 
I wouldnt mind it either to be honest ^^ Only have HL2 and episode 1 so far.
there wouldnt actually be a particulair reason to give it to me :P except maybe that we dont celebrate christmas over here :( (wich isnt really a good reaosn anyway)
 
i have a good reason for me, i spent 1200 dollars on a computer expecting to get atleast 1 game for christmas and i didnt get a game so now i gotta go buy one lol.

haha...thats no exuse your system can handle cod4 so go out and buy cod4 :D

only joking ;) :D

My system cannot handle cod 4 so therefore i need something less demanding and HL2 works no probs :D

not that it makes any differance though to who should get it ;)
 
whoever you give it to, make sure they want to play TF2 so i have someone to play with from CF. it was a big hit for a few weeks until cod4 came out, then everyone on CF stopped playing TF2 :( and now im all alone on the servers crying

If you really want to play at least a few games, such as TF2 and the episodes, then it looks like you are the winner, since I don't really want a contest and it's only fair.
