Free Slideshow Maker

Is there some free software I can download for Windows that makes slide shows with panning and automatically syncs to music? If you know of anything that is not free that is really good could you please post it too. Thanks!

These different versions of ProShow are good with lots of features - but they are not free - you can download a trial if you want: http://www.photodex.com/products/

Here is some free stuff. You'll have to try and see what you like.
Microsoft Photo Story 3 It's pretty basic but decent. Check out the sample slideshows on their webpage. It's free for Win XP users.

or this, but I don't know anything about it.
