Free Vid joiner and Converter?

No it ain't Spam advertising a free *******

My Smartphone HTC Desire S takes the common format 3GP video files, what do you all use/recommend for joining clips together and also converting to another format if need be.
Any suggestions? must be free.:good:

A good piece of software to convert video is Free Studio, that works well for me http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/free-dvd-video-software.htm you can download the whole Free Studio or just the bits you want.

As for software to 'join' the videos together, something like Lightworks would be good http://www.lightworksbeta.com/ or any video editing software. I've used Lightworks in the past, it was a bit hard to use so may want to do some Googling. If you just want to put the videos together in order, then Windows Live Movie Maker would probably do you good http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/movie-maker-get-started

Thanks, It looks like 'Free3GP Converter' will do the trick and then I can play around with them using Windows Movie Maker.
