Free Voice chat program?

Hello people, some friends and I are looking for a free voice multi-chat program. Is anyone aware of one? (and not just free to use, I mean I need a free-to-make-servers program).

Skype lets you chat between multiple users and their beta is even moving towards multi-video chat. I think you're looking for a service more like ventrillo though. For gaming perhaps? Well, you can scour the interwebs for free vent servers. They are out there, but it may take knowing someone, or doing something to get one.

As mention skype is probably the most hassle free way to do it but it does require exchanging contact details, you can't just post a server address. Ventrillo or Teamspeak would work. You can get the teamspeak server for free and run it off your machine or a server you have access to pretty easily.
