You may be able to find a free web hosting service, but I think the chances of finding a company that is giving away domain names is next to nil.

You can get domain forwarding for next to nothing. I beleive when my bro did it, it was less than $20 a year.

if you wouldn't mind .co.nr or .tk then those are free. the host and are seperate, though.
