I want to make a new website like lifehacker.com and wikihow.com
I don't have the money for webhosting, and I already tried for a few weeks to find a free webhost.

The webhost should offer the following for free:
5GB or more disk space
200GB or more bandwidth
5 or more email accounts
IMAP/POP3/SMTP support
PHP
php mail
.htaccess support
SSH
5 or more parked domains
10 or more subdomains
webmail
Password Protected Directories
Custom error pages
redirects
DNS zone editor
File Manager
IP block/allow
backup
good customer support

If possible, SSL.

You're not going to find this, and a .com domain name, for free. Why don't you experiment with this first by setting up your site locally on your machine? It sounds like you just want to experiment with web hosting.

You did in your other thread. You're asking for a lot for free. I agree with Geoff, it sounds like you might be better off setting up a VM and fiddling with this stuff on your own first, then moving it if it pans out.

If you want an actual website like lifehacker you're generally going to have to invest a little in the solution. Since you're a beginner I'd take the other advice you've been given and set up a local instance of apache so you can get your head around coding html/php or work with whatever CMS you prefer.
