free windows blinds

Is there any free software that is like windows blinds where it changes the color/ look of the taskbar or whatever that thing on the bottom is called? I also want something that changes the look of the start up for free if thats possible.

all I want is the start menu and the taskbar to be black and anything else that's that stupid light blue or green color.
 
Style XP is pretty good, I'm using Windows Blinds right now until it expires in 28 days. I didn't stick with Style XP because I couldn't find a Vista theme that worked or looked awesome(any help?).

to use these you neet the UXTheme Multi-Patcher (Neowin Edition) 4.0. Google it. It is free.

Then you just place the themes in Windows/Resources/Themes and ur done.

this free program chnges the bootskin and logon screen... (if that is wut u mean)

i had been using WindowBlinds 4.5 for well over 3 months now... works fine, i just had a change of heart and to cut down on sys resources being used i patched my uxtheme.dll and used the MCE royale theme (same as i had on windowblinds)

I'd try the .dll patch thing if I could find any theme files but i googled it and i can't find anything. style xp is working pretty good but it did change the sizes of stuff a bit but I think i can fix it.

those things i posted are called visual style files... that is wut the the defult windows theme is...
