Frequenly crashing internet.

So i have this weird problem where my internet crashes at random times, it it forces me to open new windows until it starts back up. Usually doesnt take to long, but when im downloading big files its a problem

Like right now im trying to download a big 400mb half life 2 file off of filefront, but my internet crashes and it forces me to start the download over. This used to happen with our old internet servive people, so i really dont know what the problem could be. We have different modems and routers than before too so i dont think that could be the problem

Any other ideas?

ill start trying something else that seems like a good idea.

and im pretty paranoid about getting viruses so i always do scans and make sure im protected so i dont think thats it.
