Friends computer : What to upgrade?

My friend came to my house and wanted me to find out why is computer was "so freakin slow"

His computer:

Compaq Presario
Intel Celeron 2.4GHz
128MB DDR400
Integrated Intel Graphics
Bestec 215W PSU
Windows XP Home

First thing I noticed was the 128MB Minumim RAM for XP.
Second thing was that 64MB was shared with the GFX, so only around 64MB Was available for his stuff.

And I also noticed that the PSU was an EXTREMELY weak PSU...

Yeah and he has a Celeron...
I would upgrade his RAM to atleast 512MB, that should help a bit. Also set his theme to classic, disable startup programs etc.

Get a 512mb stick of ram, it'll speed it up alot. Getting anything else would be pretty much useless due to both the lack of ram and the weak PSU.
