It looks like the vundo log was cut short, but I'm guessing a couple of files are still there.

Download Avenger from here:
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/avenger.zip

Open the program. Check the 'Input script manually' option.
Click the Magnifying Glass icon.
In the box that opens, paste this:

Files to delete:
C:\WINDOWS\Speech\ofntcac.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Speech\cactnfo.ini

and click 'Done'

Click the Traffic Light icon to start the program, and OK the prompts to reboot your PC.

Post the Avenger output.txt, which you can find at C:\Avenger\.txt

Need help to remove pesky Trojans - Metajuan, Downloader, Etc.

Hello.

I apologize posting this here, however, you seem to be a very prompt and efficient person when it comes to helping users remove viruses from their computers.

I ran Hijackthis and the log is below this message.

I also ran combofix and the log is after the Hijackthis log.

I also ran VundoFix and it did not find any VIRUS.

Again, I apologize but your efficiency is so cool.

Make it a great day! --> Ben:)

Wow, it's been a while since I posted this, and Buzz I never thanked you for helping me with this one (and, my friend never got back to me with the logs, but when I met him about a month later he said his problem was resolved)!

Thanks for your help Buzz!
