Living in France & using a French supplied PC, when typing anything, email, letter or whatever, the keyboard occsionally decides to produce a 'q' instead of an 'a' and so on, often in the middle of a lengthy message. The only cure I've found for this is to shut down & re-start, which can result in the loss of the message. Anyone else come across this problem? I'm quite happy to be told I'm doing something stupid.
