from DDR3 to DDR2

DDR2 isn't interchangeable with DDR3. HOWEVER, in reference to GPU's, the video card is completely independent of the motherboard. DDR2 to GDDR5, it makes no difference.

So youre saying that if I had DDR3 Video Card I can't use a DDR2 videocard?
What I want to know is if it is possible to put a videocard DDR2 in my computer and have everything working fine.
THank you.

The only thing you need to worry about is the port on the board in which you connect the card. The ports must be compatible. What RAM the card might or might not use doesn't matter.

RAM on a video card doesn't matter. However RAM on a motherboard is completely different.

with GDDR3,4 and 5 (video cards) the higher number gives extra performance over the previous. Generally speaking. it also depends on how bits the memory is (eg 256-bit or 512-bit) as this gives higher bandwidth. it also depends on the amount of vram the card has.
