From HD 5450 to HD 5770. Windows 7 drivers?

I'm pulling out my Radeon HD 5450 graphics card and replacing it with a Radeon HD 5770 card. The latest drivers from ATI/AMD (Catalyst Control Center) are the same for both cards. But what should I do with the Windows display adapter driver in device manager?
Should I uninstall the display adapter in device manager then shut down, install the 5770, start up and let Windows install the new driver? Should I just leave the latest ATI/AMD Catalyst Control Center drivers alone?
Thanks again for all the help here,
Rob

You will need to download the ones for the 5770 if you haven't done so, use catalyst install manager (launch the new setup) and remove the current ones, afterwards it will likely turn the desktop to a low resolution. At this point, shut down the computer (NOT restart) and remove the 5450, install the 5770, turn the system on and install the new drivers, afterwards you'll likely need to reboot again.

That should cover it. NO driver sweeper, it causes problems like not being able to install windows service packs...
