I need a AMD Mobo, that under 90 dollars with great OC features, because I want to dip my foot in the OC field..LOL.. i'm hoping more like 79.99 but i wouldn't mind paying a litle extra... and what does 5-5-5-15 mean when getting RAM?

5-5-5-15 is the latency, the lower the latency the better, however it's relative to the speed.

As for the AMD motherboard, what socket are you looking at; 754, 939, AM2?

AM2+/AM2... I bought a AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000 @2.6GHZ Black Edition... and I plan to OC it to 3.0ghz, yet i'm not good w/ Mobo's... so what Mobo is good and has great O/C Features... Like what the diff from Micro ATX and ATX besides the size?... and also i'm going to get the Raidmax Scorpio ATX-868 if that makes any diff...

I do'nt have that kind of money for a 8800GT, I'd love one but to pricey... But I will upgrade later in life... like get a Phenom, and eventually a 9xxx Series Card..

I'll think about that i just got my paycheck ant it is exactly 100 so i'm not sure i want a whole paycheck dedicated to ta GFX... but what about the Mobo for my black edition.... I want to o/c it to 3.0 ghz from 2.6ghz... it's XP X2 5000

If you want to spend less than $100-here's one-
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128090-Gigabyte 89.99 w/7.00 shipping
It's a Micro ATX board but for $10 more you can go with this one-which is a full atx-
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128335-also Gigabyte-99.99 w/ 7.59 shipping

Both of them will support the Phenom later when you decide to upgrade.

Thanks but if you read up higher i only wanted to spend around 80 on the Mobo...
